
We provide inclusive and adaptive mountain bike sessions focused on skill development for NDIS participants. These sessions support participants to build confidence, improve coordination, and develop independence through engaging outdoor activity.
Sessions are tailored to each participant’s goals and abilities. This may include developing bike handling skills, improving balance and coordination, building confidence in outdoor environments, and supporting social participation.
These sessions are designed to support capacity building and personal development while enjoying the physical and mental benefits of riding.

Sessions are delivered by experienced, first-aid certified instructors in a supportive and inclusive environment. All abilities are welcome.
